HOW TO LODGE A COMPLAINT

First of all, dial 101 in case of emergency

 

What can we do for you if you want to lodge a complaint?

 

If possible come to one of our police stations betseen 8 and 12 a.m and 1 and 4 p.m.

At any other time, there is an intercom at the entrance of the police stations which puts you in contact with the communication centre of Liège ( C.I.C) who will find a solution to your problem.

Otherwise, dial 101 who will send you an intervention team on duty 24hous a day.

 

As soon as your complaint is written down,

 

• You’ll receive a document where all the necessary information are mentioned. It will allow you to receive all legal information on your case.
  
  
• A statement will be written and sent to the public prosecutor of Verviers who’ll decide of the ensuing procedure.

 

Practical aspect:

 

• If you have been robbed, please give us the list of stolen objects whit all nthe necessary information that can help identify them.
  
  
• If your mobile has been stolen, please give us the IMEI number (14 digits on you mobile).
  
  
• If you have been assaulted, your will be asked a medical certificate.
